Monica M. Flynn
Monica worked many years in the corporate world until she decided to enter into senior placement in 2016. She was drawn to the senior space after Monica managed the care for her own mother, who suffered from Alzheimer’s for sixteen years. Monica remotely managed her mothers care, then brought her mom to live with her for over three years and finally had to place her mother into care for the last year of her mom’s life. It was through that experience that Monica developed the compassion and dedication to helping families, and seniors, who shared a common story.
Whether it was out of necessity, or their design, Monica has helped hundreds of families start a new chapter and take “next steps” on their journey into aging. Placement is unique to each individual, so Monica takes the time to understand the needs, the wants, and work within the budget of every family with whom she consults. With a mixture of her professional and personal experiences, Monica brings a thoughtful, caring and realistic approach to every placement, one family at a time.
